Memoriam/Honorarium Tributes
Please include the name of the person giving the tribute as well as the name and mailing address of the individual or family being honored in the “Note Section” of your check. If an address is provided, we will gladly send a card informing them of your thoughtfulness.

Please call (209) 467-0703 and ask our staff to send you an authorization form.
No Processing Fees
Our secure partner, Blackbaud covers 100% of the processing fees associated with credit and debit cards under $3,000.

Donations of Essential Items
Donations of new and gently used clothing, as well as fresh produce and industrial-size canned goods, are all appreciated. Consider hosting a community drive or donating items from your home. Perhaps a birthday or anniversary party could have a meaningful twist on gifts this year. In lieu of gifts for the honoree, everyone brings a pair of gently used men’s jeans or a package of diapers to be donated to St. Mary’s. It will be a memorable, meaningful and impactful celebration event. Please ensure that gently used clothing and bedding are free of pet hair and dander. We do not know who may have an allergy and how severe the allergy may be.
