Dental Volunteer Applications

Our Dental Clinic is truly a volunteer clinic.
Volunteers help us provide free and compassionate care.

We are currently accepting volunteer dentists, hygienists or students who wish to shadow our dental professionals. Watch this inspirational video, featuring those who volunteer in our clinic, and learn how rewarding the experience can be. Volunteer/shadow applicants can submit an application with the required documentation via email or drop it off at our Administration Office, Monday-Friday. 8 am – 4 pm. If we receive an application with any missing REQUIRED documents, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. Once the application has been reviewed, we will contact the applicant with further information.

Health Providers

St. Mary’s Community Services does not provide malpractice insurance. It is the responsibility of volunteer health providers to provide their own malpractice insurance.

Community Service Hours

If you need to serve community service hours for any school, court, etc. you must enroll in a different program called COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM to have your hours verified/signed off by St. Mary’s Community Services. Do not submit a volunteer application.
NOTICE: Volunteer hours are not tracked and will not be verified/signed off by St. Mary’s Community Services.

Please submit the completed application and all required documentation to Administration Office: Mon – Fri 8 AM – 4 PM or volunteer@smcares.org
